Congratulations to all the new Officers and Chairmen on the Departemental and Salon Levels. I wish all of you a very fishy year. May all our hopes and dreams come true for our Special Children. Please remember to sing at meetings even if you are at a restaurant. Others will want to know what we are doing, what we are all about. This is one way of letting others know who and what we are, so that we can help our Special Children. I will have song sheets at our Fall Pouvoir. I will again give a personal award to the best use of music in your Salons at our next La Marche.
