L'Aumonier

The Handbook says that the duties of an Aumonier is, "as the spiritual leader of Salon Departemental, to offer prayer at each session of La Marche Departementale and all Departemental meetings; to take part in the Initiation Ceremony, to have charge of the Memorial Services; to compile a record of all deceased Partners and report information to L'Aumonier National. She shall perform such other duties as Le Chapeau may direct. She shall provide guidance to each Petit L'Aumonier in the performance of her duties.

She shall send out bulletins or newsletters monthly or at least quarterly, when received from National. These should be sent to all Les Petits Chapeaux, Les Petit Secretaires, Departemental Officers and Chairmen."

I will, to the best of my ability, do every one of these duties. I will need your help from time to time.

I would like to make a book full of prayers, poems, and devotions for Chapeau Jami. Please send them to me as soon as possible so that I can start her book. My email will be listed below. Please include your name and address at the bottom of your submission so the Chapeau will know who was so kind as to fill her book.

Please let me know when you have a deceased Partner at your Petit Salon. When sending names, please include the addresses of family members so I can send cards. Here you will find the form that needs to be submitted when we lose a partner.

I will be giving an award at La Marche for the most prayers, poems, and or devotions sent in by a Partner.
